In what is expected to be an action packed fight, Lovera (13-0-1, 10 KOs), 23 years old, from Goya, Corrientes, via San Miguel, Buenos Aires, current # 1 of the Argentinean super middleweight ranking, who has defeated every opponent such as José Yana, Hernán Pérez and Emiliano Vivas, comes after destroying experienced Jorge Caraballo by a strong technical knock out in the second round on May 11th in Buenos Aires, and wants to shine at his first main event. Now he will clash against Rizo Patrón (9-2, 8 KOs), 26, from Quitilipi, Chaco, former Argentinean national team, # 5 of the Argentinean super middleweight ranking, who after beating Damián García and Gustavo Domínguez Chamorro, lost against Hugo Quiroz and unbeaten Chiliean Julio Álamos, but comes after crushing Daniel Coronel in one chapter on September 13th in Quitilipi, and is ready to conquer the belt.
On Thursday afternoon, both fighters made the weight on the scales, leaving everything ready for their bout. Lovera weighed 168 lbs., and Rizo Patrón weighed 164.6 lbs.
In the co main event, in junior middleweight division, rising prospect Lucas “El Tornado” Bastida (11-1, 5 KOs), from Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, faces former Latino champion Ezequiel “Herradura” Romero (11-9-1, 5 KOs), from Villa Alsina, Buenos Aires, in a matchup scheduled to eight rounds.
Bastida weighed 154 lbs., and Romero weighed 152.8 lbs.
Also, in a rematch in junior middleweight division, former Latino champion Gabriel “Pitbull” Ledesma (12-3, 6 KOs), from Escobar, Buenos Aires, takes on Daniel “Cainchi” Aquino (18-6, 13 KOs), from Paraná, Entre Ríos, in a bout scheduled to six rounds, after two previous battles won by Ledesma, by technical knock out in the eighth round on October 7th, 2017, and by technical knock out in the fifth on January 6th, 2018.
Ledesma weighed 153.6 lbs., and Aquino weighed 152.4 lbs.
In junior bantamweight division, Argentinean and South American flyweight champion, unbeaten Anahí “La Indiecita” López (14-0-1, 1 KO), from Junín, Buenos Aires, faces Natalia “El Huracán” Alderete (3-2, 1 KO), from San Miguel de Tucumán, in a bout scheduled to six rounds.
López weighed 113 lbs., and Alderete weighed 115 lbs.
In junior middleweight division, Mariano Sandoval (3-0, 1 KO), from San Martín, Buenos Aires, takes on Juan “Látigo” Coronel (0-1), from Las Breñas, Chaco, in a bout scheduled to four rounds.
Sandoval weighed 149.9 lbs., and Coronel weighed 148.4 lbs.
Finally, in lightweight division, Alexis “Picante” Broggi (1-0), from Bragado, Buenos Aires, faces Juan “Gringo” Jofré (0-2), from Villa Mercedes, San Luis, in a bout scheduled to four rounds.
Broggi weighed 130.9 lbs., and Jofré weighed 131 lbs.
